What are your prices and sizes?

We have 643 units with eight (8) different sizes to choose from; 5×5, 5×10, 5×15, 10×10, 10×15, 10×20, 10×25 and 10×30. The cost of the units are determined by size.

How good is your Security?

We have a state of the art Security System with 24 hour / 7 days a week passcode activated Access Gate and individual door alarms which are continuously monitored by our Office Computer. We also have 24 hour Video Surveillance cameras monitored by our Office for additional safety and security.

What are the hours I can get in?

24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

How long can I rent for?

As long as you want, 1 month is minimum.

Do they leak water?

No guarantee against water leaks. Roofs are called a Standing Seam Roof Panel engineered against leaking. Buildings are elevated above driveways and we placed a drip edge on the floor. Driveways are swaled for good water drainage. All rain downspouts are piped underground.

What about Rodents?

Rodents are found everywhere. We have no creeks or garbage dumpsters onsite
that would attract rodents.

Is there heat or climate controlled storage spaces?

No. Our buildings have insulation in the roof to keep condensation off and promote a dry atmosphere.

Why do I need a padlock if you have security?

You want to protect you stored belongings and prevent anyone from opening your door. No insurance company will reimburse your loss if there was no forcible entry.

How do I know what size of space is the right one?

An average number of rooms of furniture will fit into each size of space, for example
2 or 3 rooms in a 10×10 space.

When is my rent due and do you send me a bill?

Your rent starts on the day you rent your space and it is due that day every month thereafter.
We allow a five (5) day grace period before payment is considered late and a late fee will be
charged as posted in the Rental Office.

Where are you located?

We are across from the Greengate Centre Wal-Mart, opposite Dollar Bank, next to Denny’s Restaurant and Greengate Commons.
